Moore to the Point – Justice-Impacted Individual #47

Now that we’re entertaining the very real possibility that The Outlaw Donald Trump will be our next president, I think it’s time we have a meaningful conversation about how to address him properly.

Many on the left have helpfully offered the tried and true “convicted felon.” Billionaire Alex Soros, whose father has helped elect numerous progressive district attorneys, suggests referring to Trump as such “at every opportunity.”

We can be certain that Joe Biden and his campaign will do just that.

Isn’t it interesting that those who seem to push the hardest for criminal justice reform and prosecutorial leniency are advocating so forcefully for such a derogatory label? It’s almost as if their advocacy is driven by politics rather than the pursuit of justice.

Aren’t these the same folks (or at least their kindred spirits) who recently passed legislation in Illinois relabeling “offenders” as “justice-impacted individuals”?

By their logic, should we not consider referring to Trump instead as “Justice-Impacted Individual Number 47”? Or does he not qualify for some reason?
